Attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses, including transportation and lodging. Registration form(s) and fees are required to guarantee each space. In the event that a course is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, pre-paid attendees will be given a choice of registering for a future class or receiving a full refund for the ultrasound course fee. RemoteVet is not liable for any costs incurred for the cancellation of classes. Prior to registering, please review our Education Policy.

REMOTEVET® EDUCATION POLICY

  1. Subject to Change. All courses, dates, locations, and prices may be subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of RemoteVet. RemoteVet is not responsible under any circumstances for any charges incurred by attendee for reservations made to airlines, rental agencies, or lodging facilities.
  2. Materials Fee & Special Rates. A mandatory $125.00 materials fee is required of all participants. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This materials fee is included in the Basic and Standard course pricing of $1150.00. Two attendees from the same practice, registering for the same course to be held on the same day may register for the ‘Two-Attendee Discount’ package at $850.00 per attendee, including the materials fee.
  3. Confirmation. Confirmation is based on a first come first serve basis. Enrollment may be denied at anytime if and when maximum course registration has been met. Confirmation will be given within 3 business days from receipt of registrations. Early registration is highly recommended to ensure availability.
  4. Registration. To register, go to www.remotevet.com and click on ‘Education.’ Follow the links to the online registration form. Fill out all fields and click ‘send.’ To obtain a hard copy registration form, one can be printed directly from our website or you may call RemoteVet at (770) 590-7573 to request one. Fax the completed course registration form to the education department at (770) 425-2679. No other forms of registration will be accepted. Confirmation will be faxed to indicate receipt of your request for registration AND payment. Attendance will be authorized only after receipt of registration form and payment.
  5. Cancellation. All confirmed registrations are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Cancellation at any time and for any reason will result in an assessment of a full materials fee. Cancellation less then 14 days prior to a course or non-attendance will result in an assessment of the full course fee. Non-refundable course fees may not be applied towards other courses. Submission of registration indicates acceptance of policies.
  6. Special Events. Policies do not govern special events or labs conducted with partner conferences. Registration must be made and additional fees paid directly to the sponsoring association or convention.

Regarding Pre-Approved Educational Packages with Purchase of Equipment Through RemoteVet

  1. Each veterinarian and technician in a practice may attend unlimited Basic and Cardiac courses through one year from date of contract, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. The $1150 covers the material fee for the first two course attendants from the practice. The $125.00 materials fee will then be applied to each subsequent antendee and must be paid in full before the start of the course. If a technician does not have a license number, then he/she must supply proof of employment for that portion.
  2. Limit three (3) attendees from same facility per course. A fourth attendee may attend the same course for the full course fee.
  3. Attendance period is one (1) year from the arrival of unit. Attendance after the indicated one (1) year period shall require a full course fee.
  4. Attendance for employee other then a veterinarian or technician shall require a full course fee.
  5. A confirmation package will be faxed within 3 business days of receipt of registration and payment if space is available.
